I had a Cricket 3G phone for 3 years with no problems then I received a notice that 3G would no longer be supported.  So I go to the local Cricket store and upgrade my phone to Moto G.  I find out there is a rebate offer for my new phone.   I send in everything requested and several weeks later I get a postcard in the mail saying my rebate was declined for "Migrated Account."

Now that doesn't make any sense to me.  I'm still with Cricket, with the same phone number,  I only changed phones because I was forced to.  This "migrated account" is just phony excuse to reject rebate requests.  Advertising this false offer was inappropriate and irresponsible.
