All drivers BEWARE, This company, as reported before, will work you and not pay you. The woman in charge of paying us is Cecilia Scott. She is supposed to be a certified accountant. But she is the most dishonest person Ive met in a long time. Everyday there is a new excuse why she hasn't payed us. She goes to the bank at the end of the work day, so that you don't get it until the following day. she dose not have to go to the bank for direct deposit. but she thinks that she is dealing with idiots. This company had a very good dispatcher named Larry, but they fired him and refused to give him his last pay check. They started this company only with the intention of ripping off hard working truck drivers. This company is partially owned by a Detroit police officer. you would think that they would be honest people. Not so. In this terrible economy they have the heart to treat people like this. There really ought to be some kind of oversight committee to make sure these things don't happen to people trying to make an honest living.What goes around comes around.

Both Florida State law, and Federal Law reuire timely payment of wages.
You MUST be paid [not payed] on time on your scheduled payday.
Now, are they not paying you on time, or not paying you at all?
If they are not paying you at all, file the complaints above, and also file a lien on thier equipment.
Also file whatever complaints you can against them with the FMCSA. I'm sure they are in violation somewhere.
Also, be sure to post the company legal entity information and address here, as well as the MC# so people can search them easier with FMCSA.

After many phone calls, this company did come through for us. Maybe I was too hasty in judging this company.
