• I purchased nine model handmade airplanes and two model handmade ships for $200, at a yard sale located at 7726 Iliad Avenue, Hudson, FL 34667, in November 2016. Phil Amara convinced me he would sell the models for me on the internet, for over $1,200. Phil stated he would take the proceeds of the first model sold and reimburse me the $200 investment, splitting the remaining model sales proceeds 50/50.
• It had been months, with no communication from Phil and when asked about the money on January 15, 2017, Phil stated he would buy me out by repaying the initial $200 investment back. Phil sent a text to me on January 17, 2017 stating he would pay $75 on January 20, 2017 and the remaining balance of $125 would be paid on February 5, 2017.
• I met Phil in passing on Thursday, January 19, 2017. I stated due to the time lapsed; I did not trust him on splitting any profits with me and wanted my $200 initial investment. Phil agreed to repay the initial invested $200 to me as texted on January 17, 2017.
• I texted Phil on Saturday, January 21, requesting the agreed upon $75 payment that was to be paid on January 20, 2017.  No reply.
• On Friday, January 20, 2017, Phil placed a legally threatening letter addressed to Gary Kloosterman, in a third party’s mailbox located at 14435 Siren Lane, Hudson, FL 34667. In this letter, Phil states I threatened him verbally in our conversation on Thursday, January 19, 2017. This letter was not given to me until the following day, after I had already texted Phil on January 21, 2017. However in the letter, Phil never enclosed the agreed upon $75 repayment as agreed upon. In the letter Phil states being a retired NYPD officer, I committed a felony by threatening him on Thursday, January 19, 2017 and he has free legal assistance through his retirement from NYPD. This was a scare tactic because I never threatened him verbally or physically and he was trying to get out of repaying any funds.
• I texted Phil on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, denying I ever physically or verbally threatened him and that I wanted the $200 initial investment he agreed to repay. No response
• I texted Phil on Thursday, February 2, 2017, requesting repayment. No reply

In researching Phil Amara online at www.manta.com, Cristina Sales Group SP, is part of Cris Place & Yvettas Vintage Shop, both registered shells as part of CrisGroup USA. Phil is registered as a Management Consulting Services, with 5-9 employees, with annual revenue of $100,000 to $500,000, a false address listed at 7735 Hector Street, Hudson, FL 34667. He sells items on the internet out of his garage, taking advantage of others.

I have never threatened Phil verbally or physically. The amount is minimal and based upon the fees involved in small claims court, not worth pursuing legally. However being minimal, Phil agreed to repay the $200 in a text from his phone number of (((REDACTED))), on January 17, 2017.
