Cross America Relocation gave me a estimate of $1750 for a move to Seabrook, Tx to Fayetteville, Ar with estimated weight being 7700 lbs when they told me I went over a 1000lbs and would owe an additional $900. I asked for proof I wanted a reweigh of my stuff and a reweigh of the truck empty. They said not until they get full payment when it states in my contract I don't have to pay but 50% on pickup and the additional upon delivery. Now they are holding my stuff hostage and the guy bumped another $500 because he didn't like my attitude. They won't answer calls no manager is ever on duty. This is the moving company mafia. Customer Rep was Tony this company is a scam.
