Sir, I received an E-mail stating that I have won EURO MILLONES LOTERIA E-mail,my E-mail address was attached to TICKET No: D01- 098-94-65 with REF. No:A98-709-980 drew STAR No: A87-98-76-89-54 which consequently won in the 2ND CATEGORY and I won ?950.000.00 (Euro). The draw was carried out through random sampling (A QUATITATIVE TECHNIQUE) in computerized email selection programme (TOPAZ) from a database of over 1,000,000 email addresses drawn from 66 Countries around the World. The online draws was conducted by a random selection of email addresses from an exclusive list of 30,031 Email addresses of individuals and corporate bodies picked by an advanced automated random computer search from the internet. As such no tickets were sold but all email addresses were assigned to different ticket numbers for representation, identification and privacy. They claim that this promotion is to encourage Microsoft Internet Explorer users all over the world. They claim that Microsoft Electronic Mail Loteria is approved and Licensed by the International Association of Lottery (IAL). They send me a release order form which was filled and sent to their E-mail address to the claim processing agent. They told to Contact immediately via email to Euro Millones Loteria-ClaimProcessing Agent. Sir, I am a stupid there is no doubt I have sent that filled form with my scanned identity cards. please confirm whether they are genuine or not, I was totally confused, I am an Ex-serviceman from Indian Air Force, pulling somehow with my pension so fallen in their trap, they also given a Award Winning Approval Certificate and wants me to me pay the Notarization and file documentation of 950.00(euro) which enable their legal consultant file in for the release of my winning prize and obtain the necessary approval from Juzgado De Instruccion to transfer my winning amount of 950,000.00 (EURO). They said that this payment is directly requested for the legal consultation fee of signing off the release order of my award transfer in my absence .This payment should be made to their Legal department through their broker's account to ensure the swift processing of your award.

Sir, please help me to know that "Is there any E-mail lottery like this"? please inform me .Thanking you
REGARDS
