Cross Country Auto Transport dishonest bad service unprofessional decieving ignore customer Altamonte Springs Florida

I recieved a quote from this company through a sales agent repsonding to my quote request for shipping auto to another state. They ask me to make payment with my credit card before confirming the exact pick up date for my car. As the pickup date arrive they fail to appear, no one attemp to call me to let me know the status. Pick up date was schedule on 9/13/04. On 9/17 I called them and ask for my status, customer service said they will call me back for updates. No respond!

On 9/18 I called back again and ask to cancell my order and use another company, they put me on hold and I was ignored. This company had failed to deliver their promises, they are ignorant and very misleading. The sales Rep. pursued me to use this company, but yet choose not to do what they had promise with the amount of money that I've paid... I'm very dissatisfied with their service and refuse to do business with them in the future or recomend anyone to use this company for auto move.
