They harassed our family all hours of the day, calling at work and at home. I would make a payment and they would continue to call, asking for my husband and then he would make a payment. When I would call they would say they did not get a payment. But the final straw is: I agreed to a settlement of $750.00 and they took $997.00. Now they are telling me it will take weeks to get my money back. They are very rude and won't even listen to questions without interupting.
