CROSS COUNTRY BANK HARASSMENT ripoff business from hell BOCA RATON Florida

I got a credit card from Cross Country Bank to improve my credit, and it was hell from there on.

I got phone calls at work 3 to 4 times a day, i ask them to remove my work phone from their list and ask them not to call me at work anymore, the call's continued and i got in trouble at work.

they called me all day at home probably 8 to 10 times even after 11:30 at night and before 6:00 in the morning. i finally had to have my phone number changed, but they got it anyway and the calls started again.

I finally went to credit counseling services, the calls continued for 3 more months. I had a credit limit of $300.
I ended up paying them over $1,200.

I live in the state of NH and the state is sueing Cross Country Bank, I had an appointment with the ATTN General the other day. It wont help me but if I can help screw themthe way they screwes us, I'm more then happy to do it.

I wish there was a way that we the customers could sue Cross Country Bank and get some of our money that they stole from us back. Does anyone have any ideas? I beleive that we all probable have a good harassment charge against them, maybe if we all got together we could do something. Lets get together people and fight back.
