Caution when using this company. they were scheduled to pick up the contents of our home and move it 6 states away. all contents would easily fit in one truck. when they arrived the truck was about 7/8 full so it could only hold about 1/4 of our house hold items. the driver asked us to buy him and his helper a meal before they would start loading the truck.

once they finished and I asked when they would pick up the rest of our stuff . the driver had no idea. the second truck took about 3 days to arrive but not before we had to make multiple calls to their office to get them to send the second truck. when the second truck arrived the drivers were pleasant. they loaded the truck and left. we were told everything should take no more then 7 days to arrive at our new house.

My wife moved to our new destination about 10 days before the truck was to arrive to pick everything up. The first truck didnt arrive at our new home for approx. 2 weeks after my wife arrived. when the second truck didn't arrive we started calling their main office. we were told that they didnt have a date of arrival for us and that they had to try and locate the driver of the truck to find out where our stuff was.

we waited a few days and got no call back. so we called them again this time upset due to the first truck arrived with the contents of our garage not the contents of the interior of the house and we were now living out of suit cases. When we asked again when our stuff would arrive the person was very rude and again had no answer.

The second truck finally arrived approx. 3.5 weeks after they picked it up. it was the same driver that had picked it up origionaly. he said he was suprised to find it was our stuff he was carrying. when I asked why ? he said because he took our stuff back to their location in NJ and had thought it had been moved already.

when I asked where our stuff was he told us it was sitting in their wharehouse until the company had enough from other people's orders to fill a truck. so in short the company was rude, unprofessional, lied about knowing where our stuff was and took 4 weeks more then we were told it would take. when asked why it took 5 weeks instead of 1 week the company replied that the 1 week was only an estimate.

we found later that we are missing boxes and some of our stuff was damaged. the thing was I saw the second driver wrap and pad some of our things but when it arrived all the padding had been removed. they also tried to charge us for boxes that were never used. this is easy to prove due to the things they claimed were boxed arrived unboxed and damaged.

affter all the problems with this company we just cut our losses if they couldn't even get our stuff to us who is to believe that they would do something about the missing items and damages. I would sell everything before I used this company to move anything. Caution !! don't use them!! moving is hard enough without the moving company causing more problems....
