Consumers BEWARE of Crossland Credit Corporation for credit repair and loss mitigation company. They have an internet ad with live chat line.
They are excellent at obtaining your credit card information or debit card or checking account information.
They promise to repair your credit in 30 days to a 700 plus credit score and put you in a home !!! You are promised a wonderful perfect credit report within 30 days!!! Or, 100% money back guarantee !!!
They promise to only debit $100 from your checking account and take out $695 per person.
They make promises,promises and more promises and all lies and they are crooks !!!! You can repair your own credit report for free and better than they can do, because they don't do anything but take your money !!!!!
After 30 days, nothing is done on your credit report, and if you call back for a refund, they said they never promissed that. When I called the BBB, which they are not members of, they have 4 reports already.
As far as the loss mitigation company, they are wonderful at taking a wonderful fee of $2500 to have nothing done on your file and to promise a 100% money back guarantee. Nobody offers a 100% money back guarantee !!!
They tell you what you want to hear and promises that you have a whole team of attorneys on your side on retainer, and they don't have 1 single attorney on retainer or on your file. You could do a better job yourself, because this company is useless !!! They tell you what you want to hear and take your money and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !!!
They have opened up before as other companies, and keep changing names and scam more people.
It is horriable to take money from poor people in today's economy and especially when people are about to lose their homes and at the very end of the process, you MAKE PROMISES you have no intentions of ever keeping.
Like taking peoples money a few days before a Sherioff's Sale Date, when you have a legal proceedure to follow and never even anwser the complaint from the bank !!!! Please do your due-dillegence before you hire any of these firms. !!!! Especially since there is so many scams in the credit repair business and loss mitigation business. !!!!
Just take people's money and give them hope when you know there is none.
They tell you they have been in business for many years and they opened up June 2008 and look what problems they have occured in 1 month !!!
