I walked in the lobby today 9-19-12 after having problems with Priscilla Martinez at Crossland's sister hotel and apparently she called Brandy Wiesner cus soon as she saw me she got REALLY NASTY with me too and accused me of CUSSING when all I did was tell her what her manger at her sister hotel was being which was a B**CH, ONLY good thing about Crossland is they have a Kitchenette in all their rooms.
They only have 1 tub in the ENTIRE hotel, all the other rooms have showers. I requested a room with a tub a head of time because I am disabled and Brandy got NASTY with me then too but CLAIMED we'd have that room turns out that wasn't the case at all, the people that stay here are DRUGGIES, DRUNKS and NUTCASES so STAY FAR AWAY. Like I said before I was here a few days a go and a man kept stepping outa his room COMPLETELY NAKED and all they did was tell him to keep his cloths on

On 10-25-12 they were here 3 times, twice for 2 different fights in the parking lot, then later on around midnight after all the guests being evacuated due to fire alarms going off. There were 2 cops cars here and an officer got on their loud speaker and told everyone to stay in there rooms, mind you that same night some DRUNK IDIOTS were pouring beer on people's cars.
Last night 10-26-12 cops were here again banging on a guests door upstairs, they then remained here on the other side of the parking lot for who knows how long. This place is a DUMP, ANYONE I have talked to about this place have told me to stay away and that all they hear tons of HORROR stories about Crossland. And now I am seeing some of what they mean, Maintinance here is AWFUL they fix things when they want to. Staff is TOO CHEAP to upgrade the rooms and get all NEW WORKING stoves, Sinks fridges, Microwaves, TV's and AC Units. Stay FAR AWAY from Crossland Economy Studios in Austin West
