First floor unit, with concrete floor with carpet over the concrete pad.

The phone was broken and not usable at all. No dial tone and the hook switch was broken in total.

I paid for a longer stay beyond 28 days and was told that taxes would be refunded to me towards the end of the stay. They really as per State law would not be collected at all.

This involved some sleight of hand and other tricks at the front desk when I paid for the room, they are stealing taxes this way and know it.

Despite that they messed up the billing and an additional nearly $1,500.00 was held on my credit card. It took almost one week to have this fixed. Too much and too long.

I paid twice for the room until it was backed out later on. This to me is a felony theft. The taxes are also done wrong and not according to the law.

One evening I was in bed and my floor, headboard, and the wall, and my bed began to shake and vibrate for almost 3 seconds in total. That had over 5 iterations per second putting this at something like 5Hz to 10Hz and had to have been done intentionally.

Other guests next door to me shared odd vanity, gaslighting, with prior visits to this hotel chain, and would also violently bash on their headboard and wall.

This was intentional and the hotel is involved in doing that.

Other noise sources are "Transduced" into similar shaking of the floors, say with guests next door slamming things onto the floors. My floor next door to them shakes. This is also done intentionally and is some form of intentional abuse and harassment.

This is NOT something one pays for, it takes expense and energy to do this, and installing such things is not in keeping with the law or a domicile model.

The floor is concrete, I weigh over 280lbs, I can stomp on this floor as hard as possible and NOT move it at ALL. Something is being done to make this happen.

Slamming of car doors or hoods or trunks etc in the parking lot does same thing. It is transduced into the walls and floors making them shake. Done with some form of audio pickup as in a microphone and then electrical actuators shaking the place apart.

Harassment.

Such things would interfere with safely using the unit, the shower, cooktop, and would pose a fire and electrocution risk since they'd need to be wired on the ground floor and this area is very wet. It rains all the time.

This is a mess!
