I purchase the consultant package and paid the money hoping that my campaign would gain some valuable PR. Then silence after telling me I needed to improve my statement. Since Crowfunding Buzzz has taken my money and ran, silence. I don't know what they have done or what they haven't done. I spoke to Mr Sherman who barked at me "you haven't lifted a finger in the campaign or responded to any emails". I haven't received any. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank. Stay well away from this company. They are rude, take your money and run. It is a waste of time dealing with these idiots. It appears that I am not the only one.

No Facts - Just Name Calling

Any reasonable person reading this report and the rebuttals can easily see that there's something seriously wrong here. Leanne refuses to address or acknowledge anything in my original response last year.

Instead she now accuses me of manipulating her bank (how can anyone manipulate a bank?)  and destroying her campaign after taking money away from her - a sick person.  If we all look back to her original complaint she made no mention of being sick and didn't say we destroyed her project.  Her original report claimed that we took her money and did not thing at all.

After we provided ample evidence that we did indeed deliver all of the services she paid for she's now changing her tactics and ignoring everything I said in my rebuttal.  Instead, she's now insulting and namecalling, making up new accusations and allegations that were never mentioned before with the added twist that suddenly she's sick.  Not to come off as appearing callous or uncaring, I strongly suspect she's doing nothing more than playing on sympathy while trying to make me out to be some sort of truly evil criminal mastermind.

Read her original complaint then compare it to her latest post. She warped everything about her original complaint; I'm somehow a horrible monster for taking the money away from a sick woman, controlling the actions of her own bank in so they wouldn't return her money to her after I destroyed her project.

And let's not forget she had nothing at all to say about the proof of delivery of services I posted here before.

All things considered I feel everyone should ignore this complaint entirely.  I don't think anyone should take this person seriously at this point.

We Lifted Two Hands to Help Her - She Didn't Lift a Finger

Leanne received the full benfit of our services including extensive consulting advice on how she could improve her crowdfunding project through re-writes we provided her with copy-and-paste ease as well as suggestions to boost her campaign's effectiveness -- she decided not to implement any of the advice we provided.

As to the rest of her complaint - we did indeed promote her project every single day. Every email she sent us was promptly and professionally replied to.  Leanne chose to blame us for the failure of her crowdfunding campaign failed instead of accepting the fact she ignored all of the crowdfunding consulting she paid us for - and we provided.

Related note -- Leanne lost her chargeback claim because we providd abundant proof that we did follow through on providng all of the services she paid us for.

We delivered on everything we were paid to do.  We are 100% committed to doing our very best for every client.  As we tell every client right from the beginning -- running a crowdfunding campaign is not a spectator sport like betting on a horse or a football team and hoping your bet pays off as you sit back and watch passively.

Crowfunding buzz is a scam

Howard sharman is a scumbag who has manipulated my bank into declining a chargeback.  That is how scum operates. The take meticulous records because how much the trust us is how much they trust themselves.  I asked for a refund but howard sharman refuses.  How can this scumbag stoop so low to take money from someone who is chronically ill.  They need to be stopped and shut down. What they have done is destroyed my campaign.  If it was that bad to start off as scumbag howard implies then why take it on.  I wanted to cancel straight away but Howard refused.  The did nothing took my money while battling an illness. For me you are low.  Do I get my money back scumbag!

Everything Was Delivered As Promised

We delivered all of the PR and advertising services the client paid us for.  We didn't take his money and run.  The client did indeed receive valuable valuable PR. Here's the proof for the public's own judgement.

First - his press release - which was picked up on various news outlets including:

What the customer conveniently overlooked is that he was told at the time he placed his order and when he received confirmation his press release was live and his social media campaign running is that he must take an active role in managing and promoting his crowdfunding project himself.

The client's own complaint is not entirely accurate. We told him - on several occasions - that crowdfunding promotion is not a specator sport and that direct participation on his part was necessary. By his own admission he hasn't done a single thing on his own crowdfunding project in over two months.  We resplied to every email he sent.  The last email we sent him is what led to his unwarranted and undesered complaint.

The best analogy to this lies in a restaurant owner advertising the opening of his new eatery.  If the owner, metaphorically, does not make sure the table cloths are freshly laundered, the plates shiny clean and the silverware sparkling followed with excellent service and delicious food then that resutaurant cannot succeed no matter how much advertising is done.

The client paid us for PR and adverstiing and we delivered.  What the client has done is next to nothing.  His campaign is indeed stale and he thinks us rude when we tell him he needs to keep his crowdfunding campaign fresh.  His campaign has the equivalent of dusty silverware, musty table cloths and a dark, dank atmosphere and feels these things are our fault when in fact we have no control whatsoever over what any given crowdfunding manager decides to do with their own campaign.

Despite impressive news coverage and ongoing social media promotion, the client is not satisfied with his results and seeks to blame us instead of considering the fact that in the court of public opinon the people are not impressed by his offering and inspired to back his crowdfunding campaign.  

It's no fault of ours that the people have spoken with regards to his crowdfunding camapign and said "No thanks."

The client himself confirms this when he said "I don't know what they have done or what they haven't done."  He received confirmation his press relesase was live and was able to research the results of our crowdfunding PR for himelf as we did in replying to his unreasonable complaint.
