crown communities/ P& M cooling /heating Nightmare with Air and now heating!!!! Its Friday heat is out ...went all summer getting air repaired they have 2 business days to contact you. home purchased BRAND NEW in march closed in april moved in in may Grovetown, Georgia Internet

 Purchased a brand new home from crown communities and it has been one nightmare after another with air/ heating unit...It is the coldest day of the yr thus far and no heat. I have puchased what I thought was a beautiful home. After the first five repairs for the air I realized that this prob lem was not going away easily. My question to crown communities is how many times does a brand new unit require repairing? I have  filed a complaint with the BBB. The warranty will run out in April and I will be stuck with replacing a new air/heating unit that is apparently not opperational. I would love to see delgano crown communities do the right thing and replace the unit. I have not been able to enjoy the home because all summer someone was out repairing air. A ticket has been submitted for heat repair. Please forget speaking to a live person you have to submit a ticket and wait for someone from the P&M Heating and Air service to contact you. All summer I had to leave work to come home and wait for a repair that would last only days. This is not acceptible.
