 I found signsntshirts.com on Houston Craig's List.  I contacted them by phone for a quote and spoke to Whitney Garcia and she quoted 100 signs for $175.00, including shipping to my home address, said her husband Ron had no problem delivering up in Spring.  I thought this is a great deal.  I proceeded to send them an example sign by email with all changes I wanted and asked them to send me a proof and an invoice so I could pay and have these printed.  They never sent me an invoice or a proof.  After 48 hours of no response, I contacted them to ask them if they had my proof and could I get that and an invoice and I was told yes they had sent it but I did not receive it.  They then sent me some info on someone else's shirt order and I told them I am ordering signs not shirts.  I then got a message that they were having internet issues with comcast.  I also received an email from Ron Garcia telling me I will call you today.  Ron never called me, Whitney never sent me an invoice and I finally received a proof in blue ink instead of red and on Thursday instead of on Wednesday like originally promised.  I told them, I wanted red ink like on the example I had sent to them and also asked them to add a trademark to the sign which was also on my example I sent to them.  Both changes I asked them to make were on the example I originally sent to them they had not followed my original instructions for the sign order.  I was then told for this color of ink the price increases $10.00 (not originally disclosed).  I agreed to pay the extra $10.00 and asked them again to forward me an invoice with the final total and an address to mail the check to.  The reason I wanted and needed a final total was because they wanted a check to be mailed to them and I wanted to get it in the mail asap so they could start printing asap.   I finally got an invoice and it was for $225.00.  This is $50.00 over what I was originally quoted so I called and was told they are charging $25.00 for delivery.  I was never told this, I was hesitant and told them I was going to talk to my wife.  I then received a text from Whitney explaining they could meet me in downtown Houston and not pay for the shipping if I wanted.  At this point I felt a little leary and a pang of discomfort when they wanted me to make out a check for $225.00 to Whitney Garcia.  I thought,  I hope I am not being scammed here.  We all know that Craig's List transactions are scary and sometimes are fraudulent.  We hear about it all the time on the news.  My wife did not want me to mail them a check and especially out to a person instead of a business name.  I wrote out the check and was going to mail it anyway and my gut had a bad feeling.  I went to just look at their website one more time to compare addresses and low and behold their website said DISABLED.  I then thought are they scammers ?!?  My wife and I determined we were not comfortable and chose not to do business with them.  Now these people have filed a Ripoff Report on me?  Is this truly for real ?  They are unprofessional, not forthcoming with their pricing and very disorganized and their website is down now.  I am not sure about this business place or if it even exists.  I would not recommend doing business with them.  They are retaliatory and unethical.  I never exchanged any money or services or product from them.  If they charged a setup fee like most printers do at the beginning of a transaction, I would have paid the fee.

This is not an ethical way to do business.  I will be contacting the Better Businees Bureau to report them.  I am also trying to run a business and can not have a business smearing my name for no real reason.  I would avoid doing business with these people, signsntshirts.com !!
