Crowne Office Suites dishonest, decptive, unethical business practices, crooked accounting practices, attempt to rip-off, mistreatment of clients, treat custoemrs horribly, bill me for money I do not owe, turn me over to colelctions without even biling me for the amount, turn me over to collectgions without gving me a chance to pay bill, turn me over to collections when I am not late, turn me over to colections when I have cancelled my account, blackablling me, stonewalling me, refuses to speak with me, very unprofessional Atlanta GA

Malicious and Unethical

My complaint is not with the facilities or the way they took phone calls.  Lack of ethics and maline business practices is the serious fault.

Bad Treatment of Excellent Client
I paid for a whole year, cash up front.  The trouble came at renewal time.  I did not renew and they put me on a monthly, by sending me a bill for monthly service.  I cancelled.  I then received a bill for $362.90 on Aug 13th.  Then on Sept 5th there was some weird underhanded snooping by a collection agency which I connected to an email from Crowne about a balance due.  I then discovered that the strange phone calls and the email were from a collection agent on behalf of Crowne, which the agent had not disclosed. [continued below]....

.....  I called Crowne and they refused to take my calls or return emails - completely stonewalled me.  

Added a large amount to my bill - unjustly - did not even tell me or bill me - just did it and then turned it over to collections - immediately - not even 30 day - and no bill!

Here is where it gets rally bad - the collection agent tried to talk me into a payment arrangement - I basically said no - this is ridiculous!  Then she said she could nto accept an arrangement from me for such a high amount.  I let her know that this is all ridiculous on a bill that is less than $500 and not even past due.She said my bill was $2,500!

Not an honest mistake - their behavior is hostile and for no reason

At first you might say, obviously this sounds like a mistake - a simple clerical error that could be easily resolved.  Well, not if the company treats you like a leper and won't even talk with you!  

This is an outrageous way to treat anyone.  Also I was a good client - for a year -- I am an easy client, very little work, rarely see me and I paid all up front!  Could anyone want a better client!?  I wish all of my clients were like me!

Extra Stress and Financial Burden on Me

They are also trying to add on outrageous hourly attorney fees for money I do not even owe - their own invoice shows it (they NEVER even  sent me anything, or informed me in any way that they had added $2,500 to my account!)  Now I have to pay my attorney on top of this to deal with this very stressful trouble they are putting on me.
