I will make it my job to make sure everyone knows what kind of people CRST is.  The last thing I want to do is sit on this computer and write this.  I'm a father of 2 small children, Owner of a small family/veteran owned business.  This company owes us over 40,000 dollars and I will plaster it over the entire internet so that all will know that CRST is a crooked company!

My company was contracted by CRST to perform Ikea deliveries.  It was a joke from the start.  It took FOUR MONTHS to get a commission statement from them.  We literally had no idea what they were paying us for.  FOUR MONTHS  after we started we finally received a statement, to find out they charged us TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars for claims starting on the very FIRST DAY we started!!!  Are you serious!?  Here is the kicker, The contract states we are only held liable for the WHOLE SALE VALUE of the items, yet we were charged Full value.  I had to drive from Cincinnati to Fort Wayne to try to get it fixed, even after this we still never were compensated for the overages.

Our agreement was a net 7 pay period, at one point they owed us 100,000 dollars.  The accounting department is a joke and they do not know their own contract.

 

We performed 9650 deliveries in a matter of 6 months.  CRST is such a joke that they said that they overbilled or underpaid us on 6315 orders.  What kind of joke is this really?  6315 orders out of 9650 wrong?  To make matters worse, after we completed our terms with CRST, (we even gave them an additional 30 days) they did not pay us for our last week, compensate us for the claims, or pay for our last month of rent as they promised.  

Instead they said "sorry we don't owe you any money", we overpaid you.  The funny thing is about their HORRIBLE OPERATING SYSTEM is the only way to check is to go into every single order to see the compensation.  Not only did they not pay us but they will not allow us to get into the system to counter anything they say.

 

They owe us well over 40,000 and ironically enough, we owe them almost the exact same amount because THEY overpaid us.  Mind you we did not invoice them, we simply sent in the delivery receipt, and we had no idea what we were paid for, for 4 months.  Even once we did get a statement 4 MONTHS LATER, IT WAS ALL WRONG!  

They purposely make it confusing, and when you send in your complaint, it takes weeks for a response, and then they play stupid and act like they don't understand what you are complaining about and it takes several weeks again.

 

They are so cheap they only have one printer for over 50 people in one office, so when you send in paperwork it gets lost in the shuffle and you have to continuosly send in the same invoices.  At this point I'm not sure if that's even the case, I'm beginning if they just try to get away with not paying you on certain orders.  They make it so confusing that you literally have to pay a person to invoice and collect from them.

 

They did the exact same thing to the company that worked with them before us!
