CRST Malone Wasted my time and money on my birthday Trussville, Alabama

The last week of Febuary 2012, CRST malone accepted me to their orientation for a trucking position. They did not tell me it was for flatbed. CRST also did not provide trasnportation to orientation from North Carolina to Alabama and told me I had to be there two days after I was accepted. I really needed a job at the time so i got a plane to Alabama and one of the representatives came to the air port to pick me up. Even though the company provided me with a hotel for the week, it was not until the first day of orientation that i realized it was for flatbed positions only. It wasnt till day 3 that I realized that i did not wanna do flatbed. I was use to driving 53 foot dry van trailors and i just didnt want a job strapping things down and making sure everything is secure especially in hot, cold, or rainy weather. I told the man in charge and after a second background check the company rented me a car and sent me to Iowa to another one of there locations where i could drive dry van. When i arrived in Iowa I could not wait to get on the road and start making money. When i checked in with the boss there, they did another background check before they issued me a truck. They saw that i had a misdemeanor charge of less than half an ounce that i recieved in 2000 and said they could only hire/issue me a truck if it was 15 years old despite the fact that i had enough experiance required for the position. I spent my birthday March 2, 2012 on the greyhound bus going back home to North Carolina with no job and no money.
