It is so sad that a company that has all of these promises on their website doesn't live up to one thing they say now they offer no payments for the first 2 weeks for owner operators and you will receive that check but every check after that they will say you are in the whole and when you pull up your online pay stub you see a totally different figure. You try to communicate with your dispatcher and operations manager and you still get no results. You have a meeting to show them the pay stubs that you have and try to figure out why you are driving over 2500-3000 miles per week and you still never receive a piece of a check. They say they will adjust your check and yet you still never receive anything I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing that they are ripping people off, well I guess it doesn't matter to them but if they were smart they would know if it wasn't for drivers that there would be no CRST and the way they are going they won't be around for too much longer. They already are being sued for 4 million dollars in California and if some more drivers get together and sue and so on and so forth they will be like another company my husband worked for that went bankrupt and had to change their name. I believe in Karma and I know for a fact that if you treat people badly it will come back and this coming knows they are ripping off people these driver's work hard and they can barely feed their families I urged my husband not to work for this company but he walked out on faith and now he regrets it he has only had one check and that was back in October 2012. And you try to talk to the hire up Management but they don't return calls but they can call about a load and definately don't have service issues with your truck it takes the Maintenance Department a week to fix it. Overall this is the worst company I have seen in the 7 years my husband has been driving I encourage you to not make this your place to work for or you and your family will become hungry and homeless like me and mine.
