Cruise Vouchers now known as Cruise Miles. CEO name of Richard CEO Richard called me (64 yrs old female) LAZY! LOW LIFE! & ATTEMPTED MURDERER!!??  Internet

When I requested the 3 cruises I had purchased (1 a 40th birthday present for my son) & 2 others prior to it changing to Cruise Miles @ a cost of over a $1000 which with airfares on top as there were no cruises in our part of the world @ the time worked out going to be costly. I had 3 yrs to book 1st 1 expiring Dec 2013 & a even though I have vouchers saying I have the 3 cruises I actually have nothing as they have been converted to Cruise Miles for a total of 133.000 miles which wont even get me a trip in a dingy let alone a ship unless I want to spend $1000's more which is unrealistic as I can purchase packages from NZ including the airfares cheaper.

I did not sit on the internet for hours trying to buy more miles etc as I have 3 x vouchers saying I already have purchased what I wanted. (What a joke) I purchased these vouchers on a New Zealand site called TRADEME listed by a local agent acting on behalf of Cruise Vouchers Initially & the Cruise Miles . I have copies of e-mails sent between myself & the CEO Richard but because it is not a NEW ZEALAND Company no=one here seems to know what to do. I asked on the Cruise Miles forum for contact with other members who had had problems & was & still are blacklisted from entering the forum. I was told I am the only complaint he has ever had & am out to ruin his health & business by trying to murder him by bringing on a heart attack. He is the one who has my hard earned money so I would say the boot should be on the other foot. He does appear to be unstable with some of his remarks or just a showman for the want of a nicer word. Even though I have resided in NZ for many many year I am an American Citizen and was looking forward to combineing the trip with visiting my fathers grave before I am too old to travel but that is all gone now but if someone was looking at sueing if possible on a pro rata basis I would be very interested in joining in any action. I am quite traumatised by it all & he shouldn't be allowed to get away with it and the cruise lines should be held accountable as well as he seems to be collecting awards etc from them while we suffer. internet Internet
