1/19/09 I contracted a booking cruise for 11 nights on Celebrity Cruises. I specific stated I had to have the early dinning due to being a senior and used to eating early. I paid $2,689.44 to have this relaxing cruise. When I got on aboard the ship, they had me eating late meal. I called agent and told him if I could not get what was agreed on, I would leave and cancelled. He informed me he could not agree to refund my money.  I was expecting a relaxing 11 days . I contacted the person in charged of meals and said he was overbooked and could not help me.
When i got back i sent agent all information showing where he agreed to early seating and where I was asigned to late meal . He would not agree to refund any money or even me apology.
When someone agrees to a contract , takes my money and does not fullfill it , I believe this is a fraud.

This come as no surprise at all.  If you search records they have been charged with fraud in DC twice and settled both times.  Also they are only concerned about the bottom dollar, all sales reps are commission based.  Brandon is "one of the good ones" but also makes about 40% of hs $150k a year + commission on upsells and price drops, promised, but rarely given to the consumer.

Cruise Lines Control Dining Times

AUTHOR: Brandon - (United States of America) we discussed 2 years ago, I am sorry that you were disappointed by the late dining time.  As we discussed at that time, Celebrity cruises (and all others) do NOT guarantee dining times.  They take requests for dining, but sometimes they cannot grant all requests.

I made the booking with main (early) dining requested.  Celebrity's dining coordinator could not accommodate the request.  As your agent, I contacted Celebrity's Customer Relations Dept and elevated this request to the highest chain of the command.  I even contacted my personal rep at Celebrity to resolve the issue.  However, Celebrity was not able to grant the request.  I do not know the reasons, however I fought hard for you as my client.

While I understand your disappointment, your issue is with Celebrity cruises, not the Cruise Web.  The Cruise Web makes requests on behalf of our clients, however we do not assign or control dining arrangements for every ship at sea.  Your grievance is not directed at the appropriate party.
