I work at Securitas Security to make money while I'm in college. My site let me do my homework as long as I did my job. My site is one of our branches biggest accounts and had about 15 security guards. I was the only Hispanic guard there. There were no Black or Asian or Female guards at this site. I have to write this in an unclear way to protect myself.

The client was a real pervert. He would always make offensive sexual comments about all the girls there. I would just listen but then he would ask me what I thought about some girls and what would I do to them. He would show us pictures of the female employees. He would friend them on Facebook and show us pictures of the girls in their underwear and bikinis. Some guards went along with it but most didn't like it. He would also tell personal information about us guards to let us know that he was spying on us to. Anyone who disagreed with him or his pervert ways was kicked off the site.

The client was getting worse. He started telling me that he always wanted to f--k a Puerto Rican girl. Then he asked me if I knew any Spanish girls he could f--k. It got worse and worse. Finally, in front of other guards he said "(my name) is going to get me a "Spick Chick" to f--k". I told him that was the last straw and I was calling my company. He said that the security guards were going to have a meeting and I couldn't attend. Then he sent me on tour of the premises and told me to be very thorough. During the tour I called Securitas and told Crystal Brown in H/R  what was going on. I told Crystal Brown that this is Racism,Discrimination and Sexual Harassment. She agreed and I told Crystal Brown that I wanted to bring charges on the client. 

Then Crystal Brown tried to talk me in to dropping the charges on the client. When I got back from tour the other guards told me they were told  to say that they never heard the comments. I told the guards that I called the office and made charges. The guards told  me that they heard the comments and will tell the office. Before my shift ended, Crystal Brown called me and said that she talked to the client and everything was "all set". When I asked what that means Crystal said that those comments were misinterpreted and it is a miscommunication and a misunderstanding. I told Crystal to talk to the other guards and she said she already did and they said they never heard any comments.

Before the shift ended I asked the guards what they said to Crystal Brown. They said  she never called them. I called Crystal Brown and said I am still bringing charges on the client. She told me that it is a waste of time because there is no evidence. I told her that I just asked the guards what they said and they said you never called them. CRYSTAL BROWN IS A LIAR! I asked Crystal to get reports from the other guards and she said that the matter is over.

The next day I was called to go to the office before I went to work. At the Westborough office Crystal Brown told me that some items were missing from my site and they were there before I did my tour. She said that I was kicked off the site and it was the client's decision. Then Crystal told me there was no connection between my complaint and being removed from the site. I asked Crystal if she did an investigation. She said there is no reason to because the matter is over.  I went a while out of work because the office did'nt have any shifts open. Now I work overnights at a site almost an hour from home.

CRYSTAL BROWN NEVER DID ANY ACTIONS ON MY COMPLAINT.
