The information provided in this report is based on comments made by Adam DeGraide during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward Crystal Clear Digital Marketing.

Crystal Clear Digital Marketing is a company focused on providing an quality product, while simultaneously providing excellent customer service. Their services include helping medical practices and wellness businesses find, serve, and maintain patients. Crystal Clear Marketing does this by handling all their web services which includes: building websites, emailing marketing and social media, content marketing, and developing software.

Adam DeGraide the process for obtaining leads for Crystal Clear Digital Marketing, "Crystal Clear will attend conventions as a vendor to showcase products and services...Crystal Clear also utilizes virtual presentations over the internet and telephone." During these showcases the company will use case studies of doctors in other medical practices similar to the prospective client in order to show the benefits of using their product. After the initial interest is made the consumer receives a written proposal with references so they can decide if Crystal Clear Digital Marketing services are right for them.


During the onsite interview, Mr. DeGraide was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service received. Mr. DeGraide stated the following, "we've only had three clients stop doing business with Crystal Clear. They left either because they sold their practice or they no longer are in practice. Then we fired two because they were not a good fit for Crystal Clear." Mr. DeGraide also explained that sometimes clients will feel they get too many leads or not enough leads. In order to resolve this Mr. DeGraide stated, "we do video training on how to handle emails and how to effectively answer telephone calls. New practices may be advised that they may have to spend some advertising dollars to generate leads as well." This has been an effective tool for Crystal Clear Digital Marketing because it uses actual data numbers and facts to justify its product. This process also allows the client to be educated to understand the business process. A 90 day action plan is initiated, and both the client and Crystal Clear Digital Marketing will review the plan to determine how well the plan was executed.

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's Mr. DeGraide stated, "Ripoff Report's VIP Arbitration awarded Crystal Clear the win and determined that the complainant was anonymous and not a Crystal Clear client." To further assure future clients Mr. DeGraide also stated that Crystal Clear Digital Marketing plans to be accredited by BBB, and are editorial contributors the magazines Dermatology Cosmetics and Cosmetics Surgery Times.

Complainant Crystal Clear Digital Marketing, LLC (the “Complainant”) has challenged the truthfulness of certain specific statements (each, a “Statement”) posted by Author Anonymous (the “Author”) on the Ripoff Report website at as Ripoff Report #1155936 (the “Report”). The Author accused the Complainant of providing deficient marketing services. The Complainant denied all such accusations. The Author did not submit a response to the Complainant or any contact information. Therefore, in accordance with the Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration Rules (the “Rules), the Author waived their right to participate in this Arbitration. By submitting a Report and a Complaint on the Ripoff Report websites, both the Complainant and the Author have agreed to submit the dispute to the Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration Program.

In accordance with the Rules, the Arbitrator was asked to decide whether the challenged Statements were an opinion or a fact. If, and only if, the Statement was determined to be a statement of fact, the Arbitrator was asked to further decided if, by a preponderance of the evidence, to determine if the Statement was true or false. If the statement identified by the Complainant is determined to be an opinion, no determination will be made as to that particular Statement because an opinion cannot be determined to be true nor false.

In this case, the Arbitrator had only the evidence submitted by the Complainant to consider. The evidence submitted included Ripoff Report #1155936, Complainant’s Arbitration Statement, Complainant’s Witness Statements, and supporting documentation.

Each Statement challenged by the Complainant has been considered, together with any Witness Statements and Documents provided by the Complainant for determination of the truth or falsity of the Statement. The Author did not provide a response to the Complaint.

The Arbitrator determined that the certain statements challenged in the Report were false. Therefore, according to the VIP Arbitration Rules, those statements have been redacted.

They called their buggy CRM system that sends out birthday emails the "Virtual Profit Center" now for Crystal Clear they are calling it the "Social Patient Center".

I had a pleasure of meeting a person by the name of ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)) who told me all the wonderful things about ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)) so our insurance agency signed up. ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)). The system never intergrated with any of our systems as ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)) promised. 6 months later ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)) disappears and we find out ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)) was sold. ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)). But our intial investment and time were are all lost.

The wierd thing is that ALL of our insurance clients they stored on their system, we found out that ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)) is flipping burgers at her own insurance agency. Wonder were she is getting all of her insurance leads from? Anything she seems to be involved with has scam written all over it.

Doctors make sure you do your homework before buying. Dont buy a system that promises you the moon, yet they have only been around for less than a year? The individual who wrote this report has never been a client of Crystal Clear Digital Marketing nor can he be.  We work exclusively with the Medical/Wellness practices throughout the USA.   Crystal Clear Digital Marketing has no affiliation with the company that this individual is really upset with.  Crystal Clear Digital Marketing has no affiliation with Mary Ganis or Ganis Insurance Co.  Crystal Clear Digital Marketing has completely different software and services than the company that this individual is actually upset with.  We also have a different ownership structure/management and we have NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS.  This individual has no idea what Crystal Clear services are and how they work for our amazing Medical Practices all over the USA.  Once again...Crystal Clear has NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS and clients stay with us because they love what we do. If for some reason our clients are not satisfied they can cancel our services after 90 days.  Our system does not cost 150k and never will. We have very flexible montly payments based on the services our clients choose. If you are a Medical Practice we look forward to serving you and helping you with your digital marketing needs.
