I had such a horrendous experience with this business that I will have to find a way to condense it here.
FACT: This dealership sold me a car that they knew had title problems and they did not disclose that information to me prior to the sale. I found out on my own afterwards.

FACT: The odometer reading on the odometer disclosure statement is incorrect on my paperwork and the previous owner's papaerwork as well.

FACT: It has been two months since I purchased the car and I cannot get any information from the dealership or the state on the status of the title/registration.

FACT: The salesman "mistakenly" told us that the dealership provides a 90 day warranty, then to make up for the "mistake" they sold us an extended warranty at "their" cost. I was told by the previous owner of my car that the same thing happened to him. (They did not have buyers guides displayed on the used vehicles)

FACT: We were told that the car was inspected from bumper to bumper by the dealership prior to the sale, yet I was told a week later by another motorist that I had no brake lights. Both bulbs were burned out. Then we had to replace the rear brakes and rotors a week after that.

FACT: ALL extra accessories provided to the dealership by the previous owner were stripped form the car prior to selling it to us. The car (including vin) was displayed on their website.

FACT: I tried to talk to the owner to address these issues, but he was rude, abusive and uncooperative.

FACT: These are only the major issues, there were minor problems as well.

FACT: I have not found any agency that actively investigates these types of transactions in my area. I have filed a report with the FTC and some consumer groups. as well as called the Attorney General's office. But, I am still looking for help in this matter.
