Crystal Nelson Rama Jama Kennel Paid for a AKC puppy and was never given AKC papers and Dog arrived disgusting Parker, South Dakota

I bought a Saint puppy from Crystal Nelson the puppy was born in May 2009 I contacted Crystal in July 2009 I sent the money at the first part of August 2009 and did not get the puppy until the 25th of August 2009 she was supposed to be sent to the airport in Medford Oregon which was about 30 miles from me she was shipped to Portland Oregon 300 miles from me I drove to Portland to finally get me puppy and when I went in to the area where she was you could smell her from quite a ways away she was full of matts and had dried feces all over her,her feet and toe nails were so caked with dried feces she walked funny I had a Vet appt the next day for her but was to embarrased to take her becasue she was so gross I took her to a self grooming place and it took me 4 hours to get her clean she also had some sores on her I was told by Crystal she was missing the very end of her ear and that it was hardly noticeable and could still be shown when I was grooming her it was not just the end of her ear missing it was almost half her ear and it is very noticeable I contacted Crystal and told her all this in a email but it was not important she never responded I also asked for her AKC papers. I purchased for 1000.00 a AKC registered Saint Bernard it cost me for gas up and back to get her it cost for her flight and crate and health certificate and then the cost to clean her up in total it was over 1600.00 for the puppy and everything to get her here and to get her clean I paid full asking price and still as of this date Jan.12 2010 no AKC papers ........Buyers Beware
