This is to warn other investors of CrystalGlobalHoldings (crystalglobalholdings.com) led by Jhelum Choudhury. The company in its investor pitches talks about how its selected by Leela Hotel Chain and Dusit Hotel Chain to construct hotels and is actively looking for seed investment. However for all the big talk every time you ask for details they come back with more pdf(s) and ppt(s) and projections.
On closer analysis:
1) CGH has never completed an infrastructure project to date
2) No one in CGH has any construction or Hotel background
3) Leela and Dusit have provided CGH non-binding letter or interest. While the claims attempt to have investors believe Leela and Dusit are customers in reality for CGH Leela and Dusit have a NON Binding interest in becoming vendors. HUGE difference between a customer who pays you and a vendor who you may pay!!!
4) All the images on the page are of speculative future infrastructure projects. The images and pdfs and ppts are all completely to confuse the potential investor
