cs fashion 8447442599DESIREDGDS, SIC*SATISFACTIONWH, LEWA SKIN SUPREME, BRV HEALTH After visiting Amazon website popup survey,for a free watch, just needed to pay $6.99 shipping, they scammed me, I believe, told me i signed up for a membership, they would ship me a watch every month and charge my credit card $99.98. No info in pkg with watches til 3rd watch, I called customer service # the man was reluctant to cancel, even offered to send me different item. I called my credit card company, they called cs fashion, and got me a refund of $49.99. They would not let me return the watches for a complete refund, told me the watches were mine. Lady at credit card company told me these companies get away with stuff. No way would I have ever signed up for membership. Santa Barbara CA Caliornia

After visiting Amazon website a popup came up for a survey, I would receive a free $100 watch for doing the survey, just pay $6.99 shipping charge. cs-fashion claimed I signed up for a membership, I would receive a watch every month and they would charge my credit card $99.98 every month. No way would I have ever done that, No info was included with the watches, until the third one, finally a phone #. I called Amazon to see if they were connected to this survey was told no so they could not help me. I called cs-fashion and the man told me at that time when I did the survey I signed up for membership by agreeing to terms and conditions. I don't believe I even agreed to terms and conditions, just gave my shipping address. I told the man I wanted to cancel and he was reluctant, even offered to send me a different item each month. I told him no, I just wanted to get this thing stopped, finally he said he had cancelled the membership and gave me a cancellation #. I asked if I could return the watches for a full refund he said no. I called my credit card company and asked if there was anything I could do to get my money back and stop future payments. She said she could not stop the payments. She did call cs-fashion while I was on the phone and got me a refund of $49.99. I asked cs-fashion while we were on the phone if I could return the watches for a refund, she said no the watches are mine. cs-fashion billed me under different names each month, makes me think they are a scam. The lady at the credit card company said these companies seem to get away with this kind of activity.
