Read below for tech specs:" When the phone arrived it was not Refurbished and did not work as listed in the auction description. I sent 8 emails with only 2 of them the being answered. Consumer Solutions only offered a refund and would not offer a exchange. At that point if I was to send back the phone for a refund I would have been out about $49.00 in shipping. I feel consumer solutions sent me a item that is different then listed in the auction description because the auction closed at such a low dollar amount. I feel this is the case because of the negative feedback he left for me after the auction " Beware all sellers! This guy wants something for nothing - impossible to please".
I have sense sent the phone back to HP for repair with the estimate for repair being between $143.00 to $253.00.
