CSA Credit Solutions Creditsolutions.com FRAUD FALSE ADVERTISING PRETENSES SCAM Addison Texas

Company set up a budget plan for us for 4 years, based on what WE told them we could afford, to settle our credit card debts. They promised that our 2 credit card companies were their "biggest customers", and that debt negotiation would go smoothly, even when confronted with direct questions regarding possible arbitration or litigation.

Since our enrollment with their program in December of 2006, they repeatedly send us offers of debt settlement which are not payable and outside of our means.

6 months into enrollment we are now faced with an attorney and litigation...

This company has now told us that if we do not have the money to settle now that it is NOT their problem...that they have done what they have promised; that being a settlement.

This is FALSE PRETENSES and FRAUD, as what they initially say to lure you into a contract is contrary to their present position that "if you don't have the money to settle it is not our problem".

They talk a great sales pitch, and read from scripts whenever we talk to them.

I feel that the FTC needs to be involved and shut this company down NOW!!!
