CSG Solutions Hidden fees, threatening collection notices, increasing fees, billing department now reaching out instead of representative, no agreement, nothing signed Internet

I was contacted multiple times by phone before one day deciding to hear what they had to say.  I have a decent amount of credit card debt and figured it couldn't hurt to hear about some options.  The representative told me how he can open up a zero interest credit card and put the balance from other high interested cards on the new card.  

I allowed Jose Martinez to open up a Discover card in my name.  He then mentioned there will be a fee he needs to put onto a card.  We maxed out the balance on the Discover card with debt from other cards.  He told me after opening another card we can put the fee on the next card.  So he's was trying to open new cards to assess the company fee.. and help put some more credit card debt onto another zero interest card.  I have been denied multiple times for a new card.  I know I can't open a new credit card and I don't want to hurt my credit any more.

So in the process of trying to open new cards and getting denied Jose told me the fee is $400.  I said I never agreed to that but if he helps to actually open a new card I would consider paying half of that.  He confirmed he would be able to let me pay $200-250 if he can get a new card.  

Since my credit is bad and I'm broke from all the debt a lot of time passed and I was then sent threatening phone calls and letters from the compay's billing department.  The last letter I recieved was threatening to send me to collections is I don't pay $695 immediately.  I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING and I don't appreciate what this company is doing.  

I wish I just blocked the call that day, I was stressed and was open to hearing anything to help my debt.  So instead of this company helping relieve debt they want to send me a huge bill.
