Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased an some items of Jewellery from (i believed) an official pandora site as norton had ticked this as a safe site. The items were special to me and for my daughters christmas present costing over 60.
We paid 8.99 delivery also and was told this was fast delivery and should receive within 5 days.
As of today two and half weeks later we have still not received any items.
I have emailed the address on purchase confirmation 4 times as this is the only contact, and nobody has still replied to me.
Really upset about this...
Does anybody have any further details or contacts for me to try???

FinallY had an email response from the so called martbill, the email was amateur with lots of incorrect spellings and wording, they have told me to be patient and wait for my order but told me they are too busy to give me a tracking number!!!!
