Cstr Financial i am just a person that like everyone wanted to reduce my credit card intrest and improve my credit.this company called and promised a savings of $2500 the first year and to reduce my intrest % with in one month to 6%or less they told me they could do this and if not they would give me a refund of my money with in 30 days .after 30 days they did call and said it could not be done and a refund was Orlando Florida

i was charged on three cards the amount of 695$ for csrt who said they had financal pro's to fix my credit so that i would only have a 6% intrest rate on all my charge accounts there was a garenty of 2500$ savings in the first 30 days they took down all my information and sent forms to me to get what they needed to reduce my intrest when they called 30 days later told me they were sorry but couldnot reduce the % of intrest and told me there would be a refund put back on my cards that it would take about 30 days so i waited and on my statement no refund so i called them again and they said we don't know why it hasn't been done yet we will leave an email to the manager and to call in about 2 weeks so i did and when i called again they said they had new management and apoligized for there negligents and said i would see a refund on my cards in 3 to 4 weeks so again i waited and time went by and still nothing this was about 6 months now so i was getting angree trying to leave open enough to be refunded and i called again and they said we don't know why the manager has not refunded you yet we will leave anouther email for him i said no let me speak with him and they said the only way to contact him is email so i asked for his email they said that they could not give that to me now i was angry they said all they could sugest is to call my credit cards and try to dispute charges on my account and i did try but after the stalling they did it was to late to do that all i want is the refund owed to me and for them to be stopped from taking advantage of people like me this took place 10/06 and enough is enough
