First and foremost, you seem upset and I'm not sure why. You ended up quitting without proper notice, as did your brother. You both had ample opportunities to express any concerns you may have had but failed to do so. Perhaps because these concerns are false? 

Your brother received his last check. The check # was 2728, dated 6/24/2016. This check has been cashed and withdrawn from the account. Our company has paid every one of its drivers, no matter how their employment ended.

As for the accusations regarding illegal driving...Our company does not tolerate falsifying logs or violating hours of service rules. Every driver signs a statement that he/she will abide by the hours of service rules and faces consequences if these rules are violated. We take these types of accusations seriously because we care about the safety of our company so please don't slander someone's name because you're upset.

The cash advances you and other drivers get while you're on the road come from a fuel card that is in your hands. I cannot charge you for advances that you did not take. If they show up on your fuel card, you withdrew the money. If any part of these advances was used toward purchasing anything for the equipment you're operating, you get reimbursed. You already knew this though because every Thursday you and the rest of the drivers report how much you've had for advances and expenses.

Our equipment is safe. If you have knowledge of trucks and trailers that never break down or experience wear and tear and need some maintenance, please do let me know so I can look into purchasing such vehicles. 

Pay stubs are sent to drivers on a weekly basis so I'm not sure why you're saying you have never received yours. 

Our dispatchers do speak English because if they didn't, none of our drivers would have loads and there would be no reason to hire anyone, right? Just because someone has an accent doesn't mean they don't speak English. 

I am disappointed that someone like you and your brother would even think of saying such false things about our company. We thought highly of you both until we saw these accusations and realized you had left with two scheduled loads you knew about.  Arnez wouldn't pay my brother because my brother filed a complaint on his crooked behind, I am going to place an ad in Bowling Green Ky newspaper letting everyone know what type of guy he is and about his company as well, I can be reached by hitting me up on this site. I pray that you do take my advice and stay away from CTC they are located at 3100 Industrial drive, neither one of us was fired we just quit his sorry behind so we could better ourselves and he get mad like a child and refuses to pay my brother, my brother has filed several complaints against him, with the DOL, AT FIRST AND DOT, please take my advice and run, there will be other drivers coming on here to post as well. Run from this company and avoid this she'll of a man and find another company

 I quit and never got paid only to have Arnez add cost and deduction that never existed, best remedy is to not work for this company and that will avoid this dilemma about pay and worry about messing up or losing your CDL
