CTI Trucking - Central Trucking This Company took out almost $7000 of our paychecks for alleged damages and petty offenses without our knowledge.. Kingman Arizona

My husband and I have been team drivers for several years, so we pretty much know what we're doing. We have been working for CTI not quite two years, and we started noticing our paychecks were smaller than they should have, and there were negative amounts under the heading, "wage reductions". Every dept. we talked to had no explanation, and constantly handed us off to someone else. Finally, we received several notices that showed we had paid off on several items we knew nothing about, like tractor or trailer damage,being late to shipper, product fallen over in trailer (we haul produce) First of all, every time we leave the yard we send in an inspection report for damage, etc. and then if, or when, we go to our Springfield terminal where we do have road control, they do another inspection. At Kingman, I talked to our boss there, and explained what was our fault and what wasn't. He said, he would take care of them. It has been about 8 months, we have contacted everyone in every department, and still no results. We were finally able to get copies of interdepartmental memos everytime they took money out of our check, and out of 24 fines, we were notified of 8, and that was after they had taken the money out of our checks. I would think they at least would have to notify us before they took our money, if nothing else. Here are some examples: $465 for dent on fender, $1000 for damaged panel on trailer, $500 for dog hair on truck, several $50-75 for not helping re-stack
