CTI CTI Group LLC CTI Boomer S&P E-Mini Trading Program refuses $6000 Subscription refund after earning only 1% not 25% in one year Newport Beach, California

CTI offers a S&P E-Mini 'Boomer' trading program that 'automatically' trades the e-mini S&P 500 futures contracts.  CTI claimed through 'unaduited' historical trades that they were able to generate profits in the 10-15% range per month or generate over 95% in one year, 235% in 2008, others like this.  Through a pass word protected website they showed me their 'own' records of these fantastic trades.

I was leery of these claims so CTI offered me a guarantee to return my $6,000 subscription fee if the Boomer program did not generate 25% in profits in one year, September 2010 to September 2011. 

I misread the notice date thinking I had to file a refund request within 30 days of the end of September when it should have been 30 days after August 31st. So, I kept this fund active just to get the refund, and wanted CTI to honor my request.
