CTK Healthcare INCOMPETENT ADMINISTRATION! Paid $700 and attended every class! They misfiled my paperwork with DADS, I arrived to take the CNA test and was not on the list. Still trying to get the certificate I earn Irving, Texas

CTK did NOT care.  They denied dropping the ball. They got "mad" at me for chewing them out for causing this mess with their incompetence. Filing paperwork with the State for CNA exams is NOT a complicated process. It's not rocket science. However, the grossly uneducated and language-barrier ridden administration (consisting of one person "Bella" who answers the phone, or should I say lets it go to voice mail while she's "busy" on Facebook!)  Well she's mad at me, so she won't mail me any evidence that I completed this program. It's been OVER A YEAR!!  At first Bella refused to mail it. Said I had to come pick it up. I moved to another state, over 1000 miles away and she wants me to pick it up?? Really?  

I continue to request a copy of my "Certificate" be mailed to me. I call Bella regularly. She is now agreeing to send it, she just never does. What's so hard about this? Nothing. She's mad at me for pointing out she's an incompetent moron who wasted 3 months of my life and $700 of my money, not to mention all the time and effort attending and studying for the classes, the time and gas I wasted driving from Collin County to Irving for 3 weeks, etc. I paid for and earned this "Certificate" as meaningless as it may be and I deserve to have a copy of it. 

Anyone considering CNA training should look elsewhere.  This place is iffy at best, the training was subpar, and the administration is a farse. If they don't feel like giving you any proof you completed their program, they WON'T and they don't care if you ever become a CNA or not.  They got their $700.  That's all they care about.
