CTS Multiple malfunctions of software/mustiple states unavailable or made available during last 2 weeks of tax season Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Upon purchasing the software, there was no mention of these limitations. So, you are couple of hundred dollars out and you have all these problems, componded by the fact that customer service was very poor. Many times, I spent over an hour on hold waiting for technical support. Whenever I hung up, called back and selected the option for SALES, I was able to get quicker answer.
I would have to threaten no return and law suit again TRX inorder to force a priority service from them. Many of my customers are upset with me due to the many excuses I had to give for these lapses, on top of the fact that many refunds went through adjustments due to error attributed to the software miscalculations. I currently have a return that is showing over $10,000 refund from a state that is unbelievably erroneous because this taxpayer should be getting no more than$300.
This is ridiculously and outrageously unacceptable! If there is anybody out there who has knowledge of a class action suit going on against these peopple, I'll be glad to participate. These folks should NOT be in this kind of business. I expect to loose many of my customers, but I would want them to be held accountable.
