Cuba City Hall Havana Journal Inc. Rob Sequin is a thief, liar, and con artist South Yarmouth Massachusetts

On or about September 30rd, 2013 I ordered a document retrieval from Rob Sequin at Cuba City Hall. I paid approximately $800 dollars to retrieve my birth cirtificate original with country stamps.  After 4 months of waiting, the document was mailed off via DHL and never arrived at its destination.  After some investigation from DHL I found that the package was delivered back to the sender in Cuba.  I asked Rob Sequin to mail it to me again.  He replied that he would need an additional $800 dollars because he would need to have to reorder it because it was mailed off, and since DHL lost it, it was not his fault.  I never recieved what I paid for, and it just seemed as though $800 dollars was a lot of money for a single individual paper, especially when I didn't even recieve it.  He is a liar, scam artist, and seems to know how to have DHL ship packages back to a sender from Cuba, just to say it was lost in the mail.  It may be difficult to obtain documents from Cuba, but not at $800 dollars. It is also unfair that not having recieved the document I would have to pay an additional $800.00 dollars.
