Cullen Powell (real name James Cullen Powell) is what you call a genuine scam artist. Before Nootrobrain was created we had a signed agreement for company profit sharing. 2 months go by and it strats bringing in money, and Cullen cuts off comunication to once a month or once every other month.

I truley just want everyone to know that I am glad I am not a part of it anymore, Anyone who orders from him are not getting GMP certified products. He puts them together in his garage in tennessee.

He owned other marketing companies 901octane.com and grizzlyinternetmarketing.com ...both of which he shut down because he is goinginto hiding mode.

He worked with me on a venture and stole $500, I say stole because he did not fullfill the requirements of what needed to be done. Then when I wanted to take over 100% he didnt send me my inventory! that was $1800. if I add in the year he didnt pay me 35% for nootrobrain we are looking a avery high amount.

Nootrolabs.com is a joke. It has been in "set to launch" since 2013. The guy is very unethical and will do anything to pursuade you. I am suprised he has afiliates pushing his product!

Karma Cullen....Karma.

p.s if you reallywant to avoid him he has another product which I was invited to do work for him with as well...tinniticil.com/

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company

The real story

AUTHOR: CP - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, September 04, 2015

This is a clear example of an immature and disgruntled idiot. While I don't agree this is the proper way to express frustation or handle business matters, I will start from the top addressing his remarks below:

1) No products we've ever sold are or ever have been made in a garage. Based on my experience I would venture to say Michael doesn't even know what the abbrev. GMP stands for.

2) I had an agreement with Michael to develop his product Execucore (which he has apparently shut down as of this writing). He originally paid me a consulting fee to create Execucore. My company built his business from the ground up. We handed him a fully functional business on a silver platter. He was very happy with it.

He agreed to split the work 50/50 and give us a profit share in the amount of 35% for Execucore. We ended up holding his hand while doing 95% of the work and we never saw anything materialize from it (absolutely nothing) for reasons that can only amount to being his lack of will to succeed. I even ended up putting up a lot of my own money (big mistake) to try and help him get it started.

3) At the exact same time we had an agreement where Michael would receive 35% of the net profit of Nootrolabs in exchange for him taking over 50% of the development and clerical responsibilities. This unfortunately proved very futile. It quickly became apparent he didn't have the resources nor the infrastructure to fulfill his obligations. It was all smoke and mirrors.

In any event we stuck it out and again, we had to hold his hand and coach him along the entire way. While we built a great company, his idea of work was writing a 6 page document (that we had to rewrite) and registering a few social media accounts. In the time it took to explain to him what he needs to do we could have done the work ourselves much quicker.

4) He purchased inventory (from China) for his product Execucore. It is my understanding the inventory was expired after sitting for over a year due to his inaction. Supplement inventory from China is bad. Trying to sell people supplements made out of expired ingredients is even worse.

5) I have never "gone into hiding" and I am in fact a very accessible and very public person. I shut down my consulting business to focus on other ventures. I hear that time is a very valuable commodity these days.

5) We fulfilled 100% of the requirements on all consulting work Michael hired us for. We went far above and beyond to provide him with these services. The reality of the situation is that this was a partnership and he didn't even come close to fulfilling his requirements.

6) The agreement clearly states it is only valid during the period in which the consultant (Michael) was in the service of the limited partnership. He wrote a 6 page document and registered a few social media accounts while we developed an entire company. He expressed a great deal of immaturity throughout the entire project.

Michael, clearly everything is all about money with you.

One day you will learn you cannot simply buy your way through life.

The simple truth is you over-promised while we over-delivered. We completed all of the work you hired my company for and we went far beyond the call of duty in doing so. While I was focused on building a great company with great products you were only focused on the money.

Paying such a nominal fee to have a business entirely developed for you which would have normally cost somewhere in the neighborhood of $50,000 was a true blessing that you failed to take action on.

Business is about a lot more than a few documents and social media accounts. I am very disappointed to see this after everything we did for you.

I have a great reputation after working with hundreds of very happy clients. Your attempt at defamation will not damage that. When you work with this many people there's always going to be a few bad apples. Nootrolabs also has a great reputation after servicing thousands of very happy customers. I don't appreciate this immature rant you've posted. I could just as easily blast your personal information on Ripoff Report as you've done with me but I will forgo this in an effort to give you the chance to grow up. A reputation is a hard thing to repair if you don't already have one.
