Do Not Buy Culligan 18 ltr Water from Zellars without getting the facts.

Before you buy Culligan water from any outlet, especially Zellars, please get all the information you need.  Always keep all your reciepts, because heaven forbid if you need to return the empty bottles without a reciept.  All Zellars will give you back is a gift card.

Zellars sent me to Sobeys, saying they took back the bottles without a reciept.  That is a negative!!! Sobeys, Save-On Foods, Safeway, not even CULLIGAN will take back my empty 18 ltr bottles without a reciept. 

Generally I do not keep reciepts for something so trivial, but, had I been told to keep my reciepts if I thought I might need my $10.00 deposit back, I probably would have, but at the time of purchase no one informed me that I would need a reciept to do so.

This is the biggest ripoff I have ever heard of.  First of all to charge $10.00 for a deposit and have the balls to NOT give back the $10.00 is huge, and when Culligan will not even take back their own bottles and honor the $10.00 deposit, is even more of a irritant.  So, consequently, I will not get my money back, because I have no reciepts, so I just flushed $40.00 down the toilet, which I can really afford to do these days... NOT!!!

Thank You Zellars for nothing.  I'm glad you are turning into Target.  Maybe we can get some respect for our patronage.  And also, Thank You Culligan for being the biggest ripoff company I know of.
