If a person is employed within the company, and the company insist in a company manual to follow ALL company BYLAWS, why is it so difficult to follow? The manual calls for three (3) warnings before termination. This practice was and is still not followed by the company handbook. This goes to show you, that who YOU do work for will cause a lasting DENT in your life. I have nothing left to loose at this point. Future employees BEWARE ! Stay clear of this company for employment ! I will NEVER ever recommend anything what so ever for Cummins Power Generation ! As of this date, Iam still waiting for a very simple tax statement, which will arrive much to late to ease my pain. I thank you very much Cummins Power Generation. Ill keep a warm place for you!!!!

Update on Brian Williams,HR staff. It has always been human nature to treat your fellow employees with dignity and respect in a work force. There fore was is it so in human to treat all your employees with a little respect? When you want to treat certain classes with the power of allowing special rewards(allowing them certain rights) special anything, WHO died and made you KING? Practice what you preach. Without ALL of us working together, you would have made Cummins much better in the long run. With due respect to Mr. CEO, Cummins , needs alot of serious house cleaning! And the sooner the better! Rewrite your company handbook for starters,tell every employee that you will not take sides one way or another, work together, not against one another. P.S., Iam still saving you a very warm place, Ill even leave the lights on for you!
