Cummins Power Systems, LLC Bristol Branch A total RIPOFF and horrible customer service Bristol Pennsylvania

On 5/11/15 we took in our 2010 International Truck in for an EGR cooler replacement.  Knowing that the Turbo could potentially be an issue while fixing the EGR cooler I gave Cummins Power systems my warranty which covers a year of parts and labor on my Turbo.  When we picked up the truck on 5/18/15 they charged us $5,201.00( Invoice # 012-12399) less a $334.96 credit.   When I asked  about the outrageous charge I was told that they cant separate Egr labor from Turbo labor, thus I was being charged for  labor fees pertaining to the Turbo.  Later in the evening I was called and told this happens due to a glitch in their system!!! An EGR cooler replacement costs anywhere from $2200-$2400 quoted from the same sister company as Cummins. I have written and tried to work this out but with no results.  They cannot even explain to me how they arrived at their numbers. I called Cummins headquarter and they could not understand why they did not charge the labor for Turbo but yet claimed under warranty the Turbo part itself. This is a very underhanded repair shop that takes advantage of people.
