Curbside Motors Rude,Lies,Hopes up, sucker in,bought problems,accident,engine light,sexist Tacoma Washington

I Went to Curb side motors because the car i had wasn't doing so good didn't have alot of time and had to work all next week. I went there with my room mate they seems like they would help use out they gave me 3 options and i had to settle with a Kia because My roommate and shared a car. Four days after getting the Kia Someone hit me and Ran The Kia Was totaled. I was very upset. Insurance took care of eveything Curbside Motors told me that i had nothing to worry about and they would help me with another car. 

So After the insurance took care of the Kia i got to look at other cars. i arrive their at 11 Am in the morning I was shown a few cars one that look like the Kia i pervoiusly had and i didn't want that because of the whole thing with the Kia. I Only Dealt with a Car sales men name Walt. He seem like a decide person and was really trying to help he asked me what car i liked and i told him to be honest i feel like its going to be zonked once i tell you but i really like the 02 honda he said it could work and i got to test drive it i loved it and wanted that car.

as we got back to curbside motors we pulled in after my test drive and lady approuched us asking if i was going to buy that car i said i wanted to. after all my bad luck i've been having i was hoping it was going to change from here i was wrong. after waiting a good half in hour to fourty five minutes he comes back with the answer with the lady's sitting to the left of me with the next sales men over he tells me in front of all them that it wouldnt work after saying that it would and getting my hope held high. At this point in time i wanted to cry i felt humiliated and really upset.

After that i just didn't want to try anymore i felt so lead on and lied too. My roomate showed up and i was almost in tears as the car sales men left again my room mate asked me whats wrong and i explained. so the car salesmen came back and my room mate asked if that had anymore honda's they had a 2006 and again got my hopes up just like the car before saying this will work cause its in the right year range and again i got to test drive it. once again he said he would work and we were gunna get it. It was looking good for us he said we didn't have to wait and stay he will call us in a hour and let us know what the work was on the 2006.

Three hours past and no word no response so my room mate and I returned to the car lot and i was still very upset. we talked to the sales men and he told us no on the second car then my room mate asked well does she have to choose a car today can't we come back when you have other cars and the salemen said no she has to do it today. he gave me to last options and it was close to closing i spent my whole day just about there tired and really upset. i ened up choosing one of the options and now i am stuck with and very unhappy they let me drive it home that night and come back in the morning to sign papers which was the biggest mistake of my life. the next day i had  to head out to work and from the moment i started it the check engine light came on.

I Called the sales men and he told me it's okay bring it in tomrrow.i brought it in he coded it and he told me nothing to wrory about alot of people drive around with the check engine light on its not a big deal. the light was gone he coded it he said it was the gas put in the car and sent me on my way. Next day emgine light came back on and another light came on so my room mate and i took it to auto zone had them code it they didnt find a code with the engine light on so the next day i took it to my brother who works on cars he heard a ticking noise in the engine and the tires were bald and not safe.

The transmission is whining and hesitant. I then went back to the dealer ship with my concerns again talking with the same sales men he coded again i told him about the noise and the tires and how i really didnt like this car i cant afford to fix something that they sold me broken he told me it was either that or the car my room mate like he wasnt going to sale me a convertible and not to bring my room mate cause hes a real nuisance. he wrote the code down saying he would have Robin look at it and he call me within a hour saying we can get you new tires and well have a mechanic look at it, i waited a hour no call i called two hours after waiting and spoke with Robin himself he has no idea what i was talking about told me to bring it in.

I went to work and the sales man who sold me my car stopped by my work as i was helping a customer and interrupted i will see you later which really creeped me out and my manager i brought my room mate with me to bring the car in and talked to the owner this time Dave i asked for the car faxs and i wanted my car looked at he then test drove my car and told me nothing was wrong with it i asked about the ticking in the motor he told me thats normal then after reading the car fax's i found it never passed emissions and it was in a accident which no one ever mention to tell me after this conversation with the owner he had his mechanic talked to us after that i became very upset once again the owner left the problem with his mechanic to take car of us, i am so upset that they wouldn't stick to their warranty and how they treat people and brush them off after they get your money Because i am a Girl they think i don't have a clue as to what i am talking about. I Wish i never came to curbside motors i feel cheated and took advantaged of. Please Buyer BEWARE!

Even if this doesn't help me and there's nothing the law or anyone can do my advise is please get all the bases you need before getting a used or new car and getting a first time loan, as for me i am stuck paying for a car they took advantage on me for that has issues and never disclosed it was in a wreck and don't live up to their 30 day warrenty.
