Curcuit City, Manager Un Willing To Show Empathy, For Your Customer Service Issue And Try To Say That Malfunction Of Stereo Is A Result Of One Of Thos Things That Just Happen At Same Time Of Install If u buy car audio products there beaware before letting them install, they may mess up ur deck etc, During installation process and store not willing to take fault just fix the stereo under a protect plan, when they should just replace deck since it happened during install of amp and subs Mesa Arizona

Well on 09/21/2007 i visited the Store and used one of there laptop's to Make a online Purchase of a Amp A Sup Box Enclosure and 12'inch sub All Pioneer a Promo Deal Package. It was a good deal, So i brought it then when to customer desk to pick up products ordered. reps where nice an i recvd my merchandise. I then went to back of store where there car installation dept was located and waited like 5 minutes and a guy came and advised what i needed and then he said it would take 2 hrs b4 getting to my car. I was like Cool so he said ill come get u or call when its ready i said ok. the time was about 4 pm and he had a car already he was wrking on that he said he had been on since 230pm, so i was ok and went into store browsed area to was time then went outside to install dept waitin more another hour past going into 3 hrs then just after 7pm he started my car that took 35 to min to 40 to complete install of amp sup placed in sub box and wiring in car. during wait time he was moving slow and having a good time entertaining to girls in install bay who owned car an didnt mke attemp to get to my car until i was seen looking in install area and then he said u guys hve to wait or leave nw after he already finished a good 30 min b4 getting to my car so i had to wait longer then it took another 30 to 40 for install and heard them drop somthing and the install guy looked in my direction an made face like oh crap the one u make when u up no one saw it happen. so install complete i leave since i had stuff i had to do an shop closes at 8pm. notice my cd ejects with a unusual sound and excepts cd with same sound. I called following day and addressed issue brought it in agian had install manager look and said that i can leave so can look at it see if somthings wrong. So i said ok an left had things to do cuz he said could bring later. i decided to write per web site complaint and called and they just push off to store where its a dead end all they want to do is not take blame and say well send off for repair. i feel they messed it up some how and rather then replace with like product or model up then have to ride around 14 bizz days or more with out stereo in car after purchasing amp and sup to enjoy.
