Curves Refuses to cancel contract, continues to debit checking account Sherwood Oregon

After both verbal and written notice to terminate my contract, Suzanne Buschert the owner of Curves in Sherwood Oregon continues to send electronic checks thru my bank and debits 34.00 every month. I have asked for a final bill, and recieved a letter that I would need to pay her 50.00 to cancel. The biggest problem is that in the two months following the termination my account continues to be hit for 34.00. Curves has profited an extra 18.00 dollars by my calculations.
