Custom Built Personal Trainers These people stole my money snd provided no services Atlanta, Georgia

I was advised my my doctor to get a personal trainer to help me with my fitness goals.  She suggested the local gym, Omni Fitness.  I went over there and asked about personal trainers and was told that they used Custom Built Personal Training, who had offices in the gym.  I met with the "manager" there who sold me on 4 30-minute personal training sessions a month, a total of $100.  I had to pay the "first month, last month and a processing fee", or $249.00,  up front.  I was only able to get one initial session completed the first month.  I would schedule a session and then get a cancellation call.  I called the "manager" after 2 weeks of that kind of runaround, and he said he'd personally train me and would call me in a couple of hours to set up an appointment.  Two days later after no phone call, I called his number and he told me he had been fired.  He then told me all about CBPT and what a rip off they were.  So, I called CBPT at Omni Gyn again and arranged with the new "manager" to set up an appointment with a new trainer.  I went to the gym on the appointed day a few minutes before the appointment and found this new manager.  I spoke with him a few minutes and then asked where my trainer, Tamara, was.  He wasn't sure but went off to find her.  He returned several minutes later and said she was in the daycare center and would be right out.  Tamara didn't show up and I left.  I wrote a certified letter to the CBPT office in Atlanta asking for my money back and telling them I wouldn't pay for any more months.  I set up a stop payment for the monthly draft from my checking account.  I immediately started receiving phone calls from their billing office asking when they could "expect" my account to be updated.  Today I got a letter in the mail from them and another phone call demanding payment.  On one of the phone calls they told me they wanted a $250.00 calcellation fee and I told them I wanted my $249.00 back.  This is going nowhere fast....
