Custom Built Personal Training Misrepresentation of contract Mobile Alabama

Hello I am writing to let the Mobile Alabama area know that if they have a contract with Custom Built Personal Training at the Omni Health and Fitness Club on Airport BLvd that their contract could be null and void at this time. and they could also receive a credit for the month of July, that is if they are not happy with the current training situation that they may be in.

This complaint is also directed at the Omni Health and Fitness Club. As of July the Custom Built Personal Training Compnay was "kicked out " of the Omni gym. If you are like me and were trying to cancel your personal training contract that should have been set for 12 weeks instead of the 12 months that the program that I signed on for was, then this may apply to you.

Since the CBPT were kicked out of the Omni this should void your contract with them as plainly stated on the back of the contract that we all have signed it states the the contract is between CBPT and the Client. As to date the CBPT has transfered all billing to the Omni.

This is illegal because I have not given the Omni or my bank the right to debit my card for the training amount. They have done this because the same finance company handels both comapnys billing. I am currenlty trying to contact my bank to have these charges denied as the Omni does not recognize this as FRAUD hopefully the bank will and if they want hopefully the Attorney General will. good luck to the rest of you please leave your comments .Madmother
