The company is scam and a fraud. 2 guys sit at the top of the company (ex-felons); they put extreme amounts of pressure on the sales people to sale (7am conference calls to closing calls which are done until you sell something), threathen the sales people of firing and everything else if no sales are made every day, company makes employees work for 60 plus hours a week with no overtime, makes employees stay until gym are closed if no sales are done, no benefits, checks are always late or wrong and most of the time they are not paid back, personal trainers are always paid wrong, situate their PT locations in gyms where the average income is medium to low, which makes easier to fool people into signing the dotted line, 99% of their sales force is corrupt by either have criminal records or being scam artists, 99% of people that sign up for personal training do not know they are being put on a 12 month contract with no cancellation, corporate office is corrupt to their own employees, new sales force is forced to behave in this manner.
