Custom Choice Painting Randy Agnew Randy Agnew does absolutely HORRIBLE work. He attempted a paining job for me, kitchen cabinets. He ended up getting paint all over my walls, ceiling, and flooring. Left me in a mess. Taped off my sink, microwave, and dishwasher. Never came back when he said he would. He also misplaced and never returned the screws to REINSTALL MY CABINETS. Needless to say, I spent over 7 hours cleaning up, touching up (had to put a completely new coat on since primer was still showing,) and reinstalling my cabinets with screws that I had to purchase since he choose to hold mine hostage. I paid for the entire job plus materials, with the exception of the $100, which he must have felt to be chump change since he decided not to come back. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES> STAY AWAY> Austin Texas

Randy refused to come back. TOOK my screws that I needed to reinstal my cabinet doors. He is clearly illiterate, and trying to lie his way out of looking bad. STAY FAR AWAY if you want a timely, complete paint job without drips and mess. He got his money from me and no reason to come back. (totally unethical)

 This is an false actuation , slandering and not fair to report not acurate information. This is against the law to report false claims.

The Information that she left out was :

1--Her and I spoke from the beginning about the over spray was going to get some of the ceiling due to the plastic not sticking to the wall and my guys and I would touch them up with touch up paint in here garage. She agreed to those terms. The only reason the tape would not stick to the walls was because she refused to shut the windows and door. I could not help the air from blowing it down and the touch up paint would fix that isse.

2-- I have an amazing reputation for high quality workman ship and excallent customer satisfaction. I stay busy all the time.So having to say that my scheduale was very tight.

She only allowed us to work saturday and sunday. We never spoke about a third day if needed and I never told here I would be done in two 4 hour days.

We still had more work to do to complete this project to custom choice painting's reputation. My next open day to come back was on Friday. I told here I would try my hardest to come back Wendsay. At that point she was okay with trying to come earlier than friday , and I was going to truely try but It was never a 100% agreement.So we did get a draw for the actual time we spent on the job and left. 

To be perfectly Honest if she had any truth in her pervious bad report about me when she said the paint was really every were and looked bad.Making it sound like a disaster then why would she not say anything to be until after she was upset because she had to wait two days for our return.! Why would she agree to paying me anything , why would she not run me out of here house. Also keep in mind she looked at everything before I left.

I will tell you all the truth and why!

 Because she could not accept the fact that I could not get back untill Friday. Two more days to wait was disappoint and I under stand the feeling of fraustration. However she got varbally agressive , threaten me with slander of my business and I thought that was very un-appropate and un-acceptable.

But at that point in time I really did not want to go back after she used the f word about 5 times and told me not to come back. I really wanted to finish what I almost was done with but she did not give me a relistic time frame that resulted in a conflict in which I felt she was very self destrutive and I am very dis-apointed with this out come that I had no control over. 

I always truely satified all my clients but there is always some body out there that you can do just about anything in the word and they will find something to not be happy it kind of sounds like my ex mother in law.

I think every body knows someone that is just never happy or has suffered from a mental dis order like bio-polar or something.

Those people I pray to god with and hope life will get better. So that is the truth and you all are welcome to get on line and see all my good work , talk to all my satisfied clients , and see the spectaulor work . So please don't be brain washed by the stories that was not told write but yet was well thought out and the only target goal is to destry the sucessful business that I have built up for 17 years because one woman could not get her way that I had no control over.
