i ordered a seahawks jersey for 131 dollars. they were out of stock, so i asked for a refund which i never recieved . i have emailed them constantly with no reply.

$131???? Usually when people go to a Chinese website to buy a cheap knockoff, it's a lot cheaper than that.
Hopefully you paid with your credit card and can dispute the charge. If you paid by any other method it'll be virtually impossible to get your money back.
